October 2025 Exemplification
Council 8611 is excited to announce the addition of four new members to our council who underwent their Exemplification ceremony this past Sunday.
Brother Knights Allan Davis, Stephen Rowlands, Charlie Bourgeois-Perreault and Dylan Varona are now all officially 3rd degree members of the Knights of Columbus and members of Council 8611 at St Mary of the People Parish.
While our council normally holds its own Exemplification, the timely invitation from St Joseph the Worker was too convenient to refuse. And we can’t thank the council there, as well as the Exemplification team enough.
In total 15 new Knights were joined our ranks during a particularly special ceremony that included two guests of honour, State Deputy David Gelinas as well as Regional Growth Director William “Bill” Chasse. And of course, our own District Deputy Ken Cavanagh took park.
We look forward to welcoming our new Brother Knights at the next general meeting and to their participation in council activities!
