Installation of Officers and Year End BBQ 2024

This past Tuesday, the Knights of Columbus, St Mary of the People’s Council 8611 held its annual Installation of Officers, followed by a delicious BBQ.

The installation was preside over by outgoing District Deputy Knolly Burnham, with assistance by incoming District Deputy Ken Cavanaugh.

The council is grateful for the stewardship of the 2023/34 executive who helped get activities back on track in a post-Covid world. With a few retiring members, the council would like to thank Fr Bollo for his service as our council Chaplain over the past many years. As well, we would like to thank Vince Tremblay for his dedication as our Financial Secretary. And of course, thank you to our past Grand Knight Lloyd Munusami.

Special thanks to brother Knight Roy Druce and his wife for the fine work on the grille and in the kitchen, as well as all the many helpers who make events like this possible.
