St Mary’s Knights Delivering Funds to Our Community

In our continued effort to fulfill our core Knights of Columbus principle of charity, St Mary’s Council 8611 recently distributed funds to several deserving charities in our community.

Brothers Nino, Don and Garry delivered cheques for $1,000 to the YWCA and $2,000 to Catholic Family Services of Durham. These funds were raised from our volunteering efforts at Delta Bingo.

They were given a tour of the building and were pleased to see the “Honour Wall” with our council’s name displayed!
